No. Vera Industrial provides owner-side construction management, contractor coordination, and project controls. We select, package, and coordinate trade contractors and infrastructure providers — we do not self-perform construction.
Q03Can capabilities be engaged individually or only as a full package?
Both. Capabilities can be engaged as a full operating contour or as targeted phase support — for example, pre-development framing only, procurement coordination only, or commissioning and handover only.
